After carefully reviewing the dates and fees associated with cancellation (provided in both list and chart form), click the navy button at the bottom that says "I accept the cancellation penalty schedule".

Note glossary terms:

• Application fee: You will only pay this $80 (USD) fee once, so on future applications you'll see a note that "records show you've paid before" - even if it's been a while since you lived with us. This fee is non-refundable, in the event you cancel you housing contract. 
• Cancellation fee schedule: The fee for cancellation varies depending on timing. Review carefully and note the dates of when penalization starts.
